Today was another day of roughing in the plumbing, electric and HVAC (Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning). There’s a subcontrator doing the plumbing, a subcontractor doing the electric, and the GC’s guys are doing the HVAC.
I’m happy to report that we were able to use a local electrician that is my best friend’s father-in-law. He’s a really nice guy and I’m happy to have him doing the electric work. He was able to get the first floor outlet and switch boxes placed today for my wife and I’s review. It’s nice that he’s giving us a chance to approve the outlet and switch placement before he wires the boxes.
